Keychange: Rebrand and online presence
A rebranding and website design project that helped Keychange find their voice.
About Keychange
Keychange is a UK charity that does incredible work, supporting people across generations. But they’ve often struggled to communicate what makes them unique.

Our job was to help them do that.
The Challenge

With two distinct types of supportive accommodation – care homes for older people and housing communities for women and young people facing homelessness – it hasn’t always been easy to explain what they do in a clear and compelling way.

Through workshops with key leaders and managers, we crafted the core proposition...

An older woman and carer and a young woman are overlaid with the line 'Keychange: Transforming lives through the power of community'

'Transforming lives through the power of community' reflects the breadth and impact of Keychange's work, and works as a mission statement.

The new logo and visual identity (created by the talented Chris Ruffles at Strategicreative) communicates this transformative power of the work Keychange does:

  • to open doors to community
  • to unlock potential in young people
  • and do it all with amazing heart.
Messaging
From our core proposition, we created messages to reach a wide range of audiences with all kinds of needs.
Website
Whereas Keychange previously separated its care homes and housing communities onto different websites, we wanted to show this was a single organisation, with a unified vision.
We brought the new brand to life in lots more ways, too.
