Your care is your marketing

Whenever I see these signs, I can feel my blood pressure rising.
It's hard to think of a meaner mindset than not allowing someone to turn around on your property.

How big an inconvenience can this possibly be? Are they worried that you'll wear down their road?

It boggles my brain.

Be helpful to people. Sometimes that help is something you sell

A care enquiry is a chance to help someone. Sometimes that help is something you sell.

But if it's not, helping them anyway is important – even from a purely selfish point of view.

You are leaving that person and their family with a positive impression of your care business.

Someone who takes time to go above and beyond. A person who cares when there isn't a money reward. When they're busy. When they see a need.

You get the idea.
So that when that person is asked about a care business for their loved one, they immediately think of that generous care professional who might just be the right fit this time.
